
Assistant Customer Marketing Manager – Liquor Store

- Being a pivotal link between Sales and Marketing (Integration of brand marketing plans with customer Joint Business Plan)
- Use shopper insights and retail data to identify key customer & channel opportunities to build brand awareness, trial & penetration - through brand advocacy, customer promotions, in-store visibility
- Facilitate communication of cross functional teams by providing required information and support
- Develop & translate customer & shopper insights into business building opportunities with specific customers/channels (provide customer inputs)
- Work with field sales to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of business plan
- Gather on ground competitive intelligence & oversee tracking of physical availability measures
- Lead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings Channel and Customer thought Leadership
- Developing Selling Stories - ‘Why’ a customer would want to support our brand initiatives
- Budget management and evaluate trade investment result and ROI
- Minimum 5 years in Sales or Trade Marketing areas with specific experience in creating category vision and category growth platforms and developing channel strategies and plans
- The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at influencing people and achieving business results/objectives collaboratively and using higher order influencing skills
- Strong commercial strategical and highly analytical skills with data literacy, understanding and evaluating the profit impact of their actions
- Exposure to working in rapidly changing environments
- Experience managing multiple projects and promotions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and channels
- Native Mandarin and fluent in English
