- Manage material availability balanced against customer service levels, inventory, quality, costs and risks: Identify bottle necks, prepare decisions and take actions towards engineering, suppliers, factories and field.
- Create and drive an Operational Supply Chain Product Plan to ensure planning and product (design) maturity.
- Plan and report on the timely definition and completeness of Bill of Material and timely release of design documentation.
- Understand the integration plan of proto and pilot systems and their different configurations and support the project coordinators in creating demand plans and getting logistic implementation plans aligned.
- Translate the various demand components into an Integral Demand Plan and determine the logistic consequences of proposed plan changes and related actions on product level.
- Encourage the timely transfer of planning responsibility to volume logistics (drive for planning maturity) for parts, production modules and system.
- Major contact of product /module team as interface PLM
- Guardian critical KD readiness from interface PLM perspective
- Lead/take part initiatives of improvement projects
- Represent S&P Asia in SC project teams
MSc degree in (industrial) engineering or supply chain.Experience
- 7 – 10 yrs work experience, of which 5 yrs experience in new product introductions preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments.

- Able to coach team members
