- Support and assist in developing marketing strategies to include new product need, quantifying value in use, business case creation, project and product portfolio management and product pricing.
- Responsible for facilitating and obtaining Voice of Customer for resepective LOB
- Apply a strong sense of urgency to meet the needs of customers.
- Work with the local and regional sales team to develop account strategies for products at key accounts.
- Work with the local and regional Sales Team, Technical Service and R&D to develop internal technical roadmaps.
- Coordinate local teams for product promotion
- Thoroughly understand regional product pricing in relationg to market pricing and value propostions. Make recommendations on pricing bands to the LOB and management.
- Assist in creating and verifying customer product specifications
- Develop consultative working relationships with multi-level decision-makers at key customers.
- Support marketing communications efforts for website content, tradeshows, advertisements and brochures.
- Visit customers on a regular basis
- Collaboration and knowledge sharing with other ESI businesses
- Strong preference for at least 5 years of industry experience related to surface finishing with a strong ENIG and ENEPIG background.
- Strong preference for at least 2 years of commercial (sales and/or marketing) experience at a materials/equipment in the PCB industry or a closely related industry.
- Degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Metallurgy, Engineering or a relevant field. Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus.
- Good network of relationships within the PCB fabrication industry
- In-depth knowledge of customers' processes and manner in which products are utilized.
- Excellent organization and management skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to motivate customers, staff, and executives inside and outside the organization, through letters, presentations, and project proposals.
