Digital and eCommerce (EC) Head

• Lead a team with functions in digital marketing along with CRM, e-Commerce (brand.com/e-retailers).
• Planning, execution, and maintenance of frontend and backend functionalities of eCommerce platforms.
• Integration of online content, services, and activities, with regular updates, maintenance, and management.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, including website management, product listing, and online payment systems.
• Data analysis and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Project management and organizational skills.

• 10 years in digital marketing/CRM, e-Commerce, direct-to-consumer relevant positions, consumer/retail industries are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
• Understanding of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
• Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and technologies.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills.
