In this role you will lead project teams and manufacturing partners in both new product development and in sustaining activity.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. In this role you will:Lead project teams in Logitech B2B to develop packaging configuration, structural design, and graphic design.Collaborate with internal functional teams and external manufacturing partners to determine the scope of any requirement changes and establish a plan that is considerate of schedule, cost, and experience.Maintain packaging compliance and requirements post-MPPrepare project status reports and milestone documents for communication and approvalDrive decision making with project stakeholders to ensure the project progressesControl of important documents and BOMs through Logitech PLM software and coordinate ECOs across contributing groups.Manage contractor SOW processing, including reviewing documents for completeness, setting up contracts in Ironclad, routing for approvals, coordinating DocuSign signatures, and distributing final agreements to stakeholders.Pull scheduled procurement reports from Oracle and run automated reconciliation tools to validate and align data with operational needs.Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:Good knowledge in the package development process flow from concept till mass productionExperience in formulating, executing and monitoring project plansExperience working cross functionally with different engineering, design, compliance, and operations teamsA good team player with strong problem solving, communication and negotiation skillsCareful attention to details and checking changes and that requirements are metGood command of written & spoken English & Chinese, with proficiency in MandarinExperience in consumer electronics industryStrong organizational skillsWilling to travelWilling to work with teams across multiple time zones including Asia, Americas, and Europe.In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:Experience in the package structure or graphic design4 years+ working experienceExposure in multi-cultural international company/104
