DESCRIPTIONAmazon is looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to support SSR (Self-Service Registration) team to drive Taiwan-based 3rd party seller development in Amazon marketplaces. SSR Assistant Intern will work along side with SSR seller Consultants to provide 1 to Many self-service solutions to guide prospects navigating through seller registration funnel and onboarding process. The qualified candidate will own data analysis tasks to support website traffic management, data tracking and business report generation for new seller segments. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is proficient in data analysis and enjoys turning numbers into data driven insight. You will proactively seek answers in self-service learning tools, but know when to ask for guidance. You will also assist in Voice of Sellers' collection and work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive FAQ banks catering to sellers' pain points and remove launch blockers.

Mine Amazon data warehouses & platforms to fetch raw data and organize it to prepare statistical reports
Conduct report generation process through use of tools and programing techniques: such as SQL and deliver analytical reports with advanced Excel skills
Deploy visualization tools and techniques such as Tableau to build comprehensive dashboards
Establish reports & dashboards to track metrics including Seller Registration status and Amazon features adoption to support SSR seller account launches & management
Study Mass Communication tools & platforms to optimize seller interaction experience including but not limited to creating seller surveys and EDM
Show strong competency in dive deep, invent & simplify, and learn & be curious

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Taipei, TPE, TWN | Taipei, TWNBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolling in a Bachelor's degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than one year
Ability to work as full time (40 hrs/week)
Advanced Excel skills (Array and Statistical formulas)
Skilled in HTML coding
Capable to own report generation process though use of tools and programing techniques
Language skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in Mandarin Chinese and English
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical skills - has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions.
Skilled in Excel, SQL, programmatic report development and metric management
Experience in modeling complex business scenarios with keen business sense
Experience in E-Commerce, Business Analytics, Customer Support, Consumer Insight, Consultant, and/or Account Management roles
Understanding of Mass Communication & CRM tools including but not limited to EDM, Salesforce systems etc.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
