The SDF file is typically very large in modern design, that increases the difficulty for RD to debug. In this project, we would like to develop a lightweight tool that can help to manipulate the SDF easily. It will support following operations: filtering, sorting, partitioning, and dumping. By doing so, we can also have a fundamental utility to do parallel annotation in VCS to increase compile time.
