- Structure and support a rapidly growing organization in a dynamic and evolving video surveillance and physical security market.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for technology, products, solutions, and training—both internally and externally.
- Stay informed on industry developments, regional trends, and legislative changes affecting video surveillance.
- Design and implement new initiatives, including resource planning to support business growth.
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the role and impact of the Sales Engineering and Training functions in long-term planning.
- Develop and lead initiatives to increase market awareness and business opportunities for new technologies, products, and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of professional, up-to-date training across the region, including Axis Academy programs, customized sessions, trade show demos, and other educational activities.
- Lead and manage a team of experienced trainers, supporting their continuous development and expertise.
- Oversee the implementation of certification programs within the region.
- Introduce and execute new initiatives to educate the channel on the latest video surveillance technologies.
- Actively participate in the Regional Management Team, working closely with the Regional Director and other team members on strategic and operational matters.
- Represent the region internally and externally, sharing insights, ideas, and best practices.
- Deep familiarity with technology products, the IT/security market, and its broader ecosystem.
- Strong technical knowledge of products and systems, with proven expertise in data networking technologies.
- Demonstrated success working with indirect sales channels, serving diverse target groups and stakeholders across the region.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire, educate, and influence customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other key regional languages is a strong advantage.
