To Plan, direct, develop and manage area branch and all aspects of direct banking service operations with the ultimate aim of delivering quality sales and customer services.
To plan, direct organize and deliver the Wealth Management business in Area. The jobholder is accountable and responsible for achieving AOP sales goal of Wealth Management at investment and insurance.
To develop and implement business strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
To act as branch Business Unit Compliance Officer (BUCO) to make sure internal controls are under sound management.
To act as branch senior managers in delivering world class service and the commandant for branch administration issues.
Principal Accountabilities:
Contributes to portfolio growth in terms of numbers of accounts and total relationship balance.
Leads branch to enhance and build on customer service to ensure HSBC world class service is delivered at all times.
Develops, implements, and manages a cost effective WPB operation platform to ensure productivity, quality, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Acts as a bank legal representative, BUCO, and branch commandant ensures audit recommendations and contingency plan are implemented.

Qualifications

University and/or above
Minimum 10 years of executive experience in general banking with experience in branch manager, sales, and service management.
Extensive product knowledge and development experience coupled with strong analytical and planning skill
Proven track record of sales and service with strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and drive all team members to achieve the sales target
Prerequisite License:

1) 信託業管理人員Trust Level 3; 2) 外匯業務經辦及覆核人員Foreign exchange business handling and review staff (BIBP); 3) 外匯衍生性商品或衍生性金融商品推介工作經辦及相關管理人員 Referral to recommend foreign exchange derivative products or derivative financial products promotion work and related management personnel (SPS); 4) 銀行具有業務或交易核准權限之各級主管內稽內控證照 Bank executives at all levels with business or transaction approval authority, Internal Control & Internal Audit License (INTCON); 5) 法令遵循主管、法令遵循單位所屬人員及單位法令遵循主管(BUCO); 6) 防制洗錢及打擊資恐專責主管、專責人員及國內營業單位督導主管 Responsible for the prevention of money laundering and the fight against terrorism, responsible persons, supervisors and domestic business units supervisor (AML&C); 7) 每年應參加國內金融訓練機構舉辦或指定銀行自行舉辦之衍生性商品教育訓練課程時數達十二小時以上 (shall be fulfilled by year-end) 8) 人身保險業務員(LIFE) 9) 人身保險業務員銷售外幣收付非投資型保險商品(LIFEFX) 10) 投資型保險商品業務員(ULINK)
