Probe NPI Support: Collaborate with NPI teams to identify and execute automation needs during new product introduction phases. Loss Time Enhancement: Analyze and optimize production workflows to reduce non-productive time and improve throughput. AI-powered Productivity Boost: Apply AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive maintenance, intelligent scheduling) to enhance decision-making and operational performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with process, equipment, IT, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration and sustainability of automation initiatives. Project Management: Lead automation-related projects from planning to execution, including timeline tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Information Systems, Automation, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in automation within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. Familiarity with probe testing processes and equipment is preferred. Experience with AI implementation tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Power BI) is a plus. Strong communication skills and proven ability to work across departments. Solid project management and problem-solving capabilities.
