- Support the setup and review of manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with relevant parties (Business line engineering team, Test Designer, Planners, Suppliers) on new product introduction, yield improvement, and test cost reduction projects
- Drive qualifying new test hardware at subcontractor factories
- Have knowledge of Tester Software, Test Program (Advantest, Teradyne, etc.), and Test Data Analysis
- Provide engineering support on daily production activities and ensure continuous supply chain and delivery to customers
- Support Security Testing Certification process at subcontractor factories
- Good communication skills. Participate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team meetings
- Provide technical support on test related issues and test procedures
- Provide support for yield improvement through detail analysis, problem solving and team work with cross functional teamRequirements:- Minimum University Degree qualification in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering
- Basic problem-solving capabilities and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Digital, Analog, RF Cellular, Bluetooth, and WiFi Testing (or willingness to learn)
- Basic knowledge of test equipment such as ATE tester, handlers, or prober (or willingness to learn)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and take initiative to overcome technical challenges
