Qualification - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, science, or business-related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in thermal modules, electronic components, servers, or consumer electronics industries.
- Familiarity with module/system/brand customer cooperation models.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written presentation skills required).
- Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills with direct customer interface experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing company with owned factories (not agents/distributors) is highly preferred.
- Possesses experience in customized product management.Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience with fan, vapor chamber, heat pipe, or water-cooling solutions.
- Familiarity with server, NB, gaming, or AI edge device markets.
- Knowledge of China and Vietnam factory processes and cross-border collaboration.Job Description - Maintain and deepen relationships with module makers, system integrators, and brand companies.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver tailored thermal module and system solutions based on customer needs.
- Lead project discussions including quotation, NPI, tooling, prototyping, and mass production.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and timeline adherence.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to formulate strategic sales plans and meet revenue targets.
- Travel to China and Vietnam (factory and customer sites) as required.
