Job Title:Director, Field ApplicationsJob Description:Job description:The MTS Regional Leader supports the growth of Microenvironments (ME) Businesses through new product development and/or implementation of existing products in support of Application Development and Solutions, Business Unit, and Sales roadmaps. This position instrumental in providing technical expertise, application development support and regional commercial oversight while serving as a key catalyst in driving customer engagement flywheel.The MTS Regional Leader proactively fosters collaboration between customers, the commercial organization, and business division functions (Product Management, Engineering, and R&D) to accelerate innovation, align product roadmaps with market needs, and enhance the overall customer experience. This position supports cross-regional strategic initiatives for ME Wafer and Reticle Carriers (WRC) with a strong focus on the OEM, IDM, and engineering firm market development.Responsibilities:As a key flywheel component connecting Business Units, Sales, and Customers, support the development of products and provide technical advice on ME products and technologies in a timely fashion, serving across all the ME WRC businesses. Partner in joint evaluation and testing activities and data analysis with R&D, Sales and Product Managers, to introduce the ME WRC technologies to customers.Identify industry trends to propose innovative and novel products; with Entegris internal key stakeholders, evaluate new business opportunities and technical development needs/requirements driving for high probability for success opportunities. Closely collaborate with BU and product engineer leaders to deliver important customer process information and roadmap requirements.Be a technical leader within division by: 1) developing and sharing innovative approaches to solve complex problems and find out the principles of phenomena, 2) providing training on the use of the new products, 3) The presentation of work or publish papers for international conferences, technical forums and trade shows. 4) Represent Entegris at industry conferences, SEMI groups, and trade shows to strengthen thought leadership and customer engagement.5) Support organized collection of competitors activities including technologies, product capabilities, sales estimations market shares studies.Own ME business development New Product Development roadmaps to drive for pilot product requirements, on-time pilot unit development, customer testing, success criteria and metrics, and NPI partnership (as needed) for internal roll out.Provide FAE organization (and others as required by activity support Levels) as escalated technical support to realize existing ME technology business opportunities.Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.8+ years of experience in application development, field engineering, or technical sales in semiconductor, advanced materials, or related industries.Strong technical expertise in polymers, wafer and reticle carriers, and advanced material solutions.Proven ability to engage with OEM customers and influence product development strategies.Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Product Management.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.English language proficiently
