Responsibilities:Design and develop advanced DSP algorithms and architectures for electrical and optical communication systems.Create and maintain MATLAB and C/C++ system models to support SERDES simulation and verification.Analyze and evaluate architectural trade-offs to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.Conduct product functionality verification, system analysis, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.Requirements:Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.Deep expertise in Digital Signal Processing and communication algorithms.Proficiency in C/C++ and MATLAB programming.Strong understanding of analog/digital circuit implementation and modeling.Knowledge of optical communication systems is a plus.Experience with system performance testing and validation is desirable.Familiarity with high-speed data communication systems is advantageous.Preferred Attributes:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Enthusiasm for innovation and staying at the forefront of communication technology advancements.
