We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) focusing on Retail domain as the business continues to grow.What You Will DoIdentify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&LTrack the metrics and analyze their trends & results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholdersProvide constant feedback to stakeholders, raise a flag, and recommend corrective measures to deliver WOW resultsPerform root cause analysis by retrieving the right data and diving deepBasic Qualifications7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)Retail FP&A experienceHighly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environmentAbility to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendationStrong Excel skills (required)SQL skills (required)Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal)Recruitment Process and OthersRecruitment Process
