  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding product usage and application.
  • Develop and write 8D reports to document problem-solving processes and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify solutions to enhance product quality.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance and provide feedback for product enhancement.
  • Implement and maintain Process Control Systems to ensure product consistency and quality.
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to analyze process data and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failures and implement preventive measures.
  • Perform data analysis using JMP software to support decision-making processes.
  • Lead or participate in project management activities related to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Electronic materials manufacturing with positions including Quality Engineering or Quality Control.
  • 2+ years of customer-interaction experience
  • Proven experience in a quality department or a similar role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage effectively with customers.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Process Control Systems and their application in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and tools.
  • Experience with conducting and facilitating FMEA sessions.
  • Proficient in data analysis using JMP software.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in product testing and validation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
