Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the team.
- Manage sales performance and provide feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with large accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, profit, and market share.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales efforts.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure they are aligned with strategic goals.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts.
- Stay up to date on new products and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team.
- Understand the company's value proposition and effectively communicate it to customers.
- Extensive sales and management experience: A minimum of 5-10 years in a sales leadership role is expected. Experience in the machine vision market is highly appreciated.
- Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking: Understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and business strategy.
