【Key Responsibilities】Understand business unit and field operations goals, and develop strategies to achieve sales objectives with guidance from the sales manager or director.Collaborate closely with global and regional support functions, including technical teams, product lines, logistics, quality, and finance, to deliver seamless sales service to assigned accounts.Identify customer opportunities, assign related tasks, and maintain or update information within the CRM system regularly.Gain in-depth understanding of customers' businesses, technologies, and behaviors, and provide feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain technical competitiveness while gathering market intelligence.Lead effective pricing strategies, manage contracts, and conduct price negotiations for assigned key accounts.Build and maintain strong customer relationships at key accounts, keeping updated organizational charts and promoting strategic partnerships through senior leadership visits.Leverage the expertise of technical and field application engineers to support sales activities effectively.Work with global service teams to provide comprehensive solutions and establish the organization as a preferred partner to customers.Coach account managers to become strong individual contributors and support their personal career development plans.【Preferred Qualifications and Skills】Proven experience in managing and leading teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.12-15 years of sales experience in high-purity or specialty chemicals, preferably within the semiconductor industry.Familiarity with chemicals used in CMP processes.Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple applications within the assigned territory.Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with strong problem-solving capabilities.Open, honest communication style, providing valuable feedback.Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with end-users and management levels at key customer accounts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
