As a Production Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. Your responsibilities include developing detailed production schedules, managing work orders, and overseeing outsourced processing to ensure on-time delivery and quality.Tainan TaiwanFull-timeBizLink International Corp.(TN)Key Responsibilities:
  • Production planning and management: Responsible for formulating detailed production plans, including production scheduling and work order management.
  • Responsible for placing outsourced processing orders and ensuring that the outsourced products arrive at the factory on schedule.
  • Resource allocation and management: Ensure that the resources required for production (manpower, equipment, materials, etc.) are effectively allocated and used, and monitor the use of resources.
  • Production data analysis: Collect and analyze production data, track production performance, identify bottlenecks and room for improvement, and report production status regularly.
  • Coordination and Communication: Work closely with other departments (such as engineering, customer service, quality, procurement, etc.) to confirm task promotion and continuous improvement.
  • New product introduction: Participate in the trial production and mass production process of new products to ensure that new products are smoothly introduced into the production line.
  • Preparation of process documents, quality system/customer audits.
  • To handle matters assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Must have more than two years of relevant work experience in production management.
  • Familiar with MPS/MRP concepts.
  • Experience in SAP/MES operation is preferred.
