- To be a subject matter expert in QMS, acts systematic and planned approach to evaluate, monitor, and improve the quality of the R&D process and outputs
- Acts as Inspection management team lead in inspection management activities, implement a Quality by Design (QbD) and continuous improvement process.
- Development local QMS for Taiwan affiliate and assist in cross function team to define, align and follow compliance and for emerging business changes.
- Skill in Risk Management and Vendor Management.
- Provided quality oversight and quality advise to local affiliate.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Good English ability.
