Develop BKM's, identify their KPI's and training documentation Develop and improve Yield Models for Dram, NAND and SXP technologies Develop BKM's for YE and drive implementation Works with different teams in the identification of KPIs and with WFD on training material Facilitate and lead activities in transforming current system, methods, tool, skill to be Best In industry. Manage priorities and enhancements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature. Experience in PIE. Understanding of Process/Product Integration will be advantageous; Proficiency in data analytical tools such as Y3, JMP, Python to perform numerical experiment. Proficiency in Statistical/Machine Learning will be additional advantageous; In depth knowledge of processes, equipment and control system; Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems and address root causes. Exhibit critical thinking to identify opportunities. PhD/Masters/Bachelors with relevant course of study or experience
