Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned brands, including new product development, pricing, packaging, and promotional strategiesConduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, insights, and opportunities for growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring they are aligned with the brand's strategic goals and meet customer needsCreate and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve measurable resultsPlan and execute TVC campaigns, working with creative agencies to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audienceMonitor brand performance, including sales, market share, and customer satisfaction, and adjust marketing strategies as neededBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customersStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve brand performanceResponsibilitiesQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in brand management, with a focus on new product development and TVC advertising

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure performance

Experience managing budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
