- Implement the Hermès Visual Identity following the Essentials Guidelines and Inspirational Booklets
- Ensure that the presentation of the products is correct and in line with the brand identity
- Make sure that the presentation of products and merchandise is fluid in compliance with the layout, furnishing and customers experience
- Guarantee an inviting and qualitative presentation, ensuring adequate care of the garments every day in collaboration with the store team
- Identify, together with the Store Manager and the Regional VM, opportunities to increase sales and customers satisfaction
- Maximize and promote business opportunities always keeping in mind the customer's perspective
- Plan and prepare the VM implementation to reach higher VM standards and efficient in implementation
- Intervene in relation to the KPIs of the store, take actions aimed at achieving the objectives and forecast for the store (with the supervision of Store Manager and the Regional VM)
- Organize and plan work based on business and commercial needs
- Manage launches and activities on schedule and in line with Hermès standards.
- Manage VM materials and PLV with a special attention to sustainability
- Share seasonal trend information with the store team, constantly offering information and inspiration
- Create a monthly VM planning and adapt it to the needs of the store and to the forecast according to seasonal guidelines and deliveries
