Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.Learn about BAP ProgramWho may applyCurrent University students and recent Graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure, minimum 3 days per weekResponsibilities:

Creation of Binance Design system, participating in the complete design process, from user research, interaction design, visual design to user testing
Participate in design exploration and testing of Color, Font, Layout, Icons, etc., and innovative user experience interface concept design
Assist in processing design requests, participate in design reviews, and assist in resolving design and development issues raised by designers and BUs
Competitive product tracking and experience design analysis, as well as assistance in completing user satisfaction data statistics and analysis

Requirements:

Have strong passion for user experience design, be innovative, self-motivated, good at solving problems and willing to accept challenges
Currently studying or have completed design-related professional studies
Have a certain foundation in visual design and master design software such as Figma
Strong interest in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
Have good communication and collaboration skills and can work across teams
