- Conduct groundbreaking research, design, and prototyping of new models and approaches using deep learning, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
- Lead cutting-edge research and development initiatives in machine learning applications.
- Create proof-of-concept systems to showcase advanced performance and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and prototype innovative features.
- Doctorate Degree or Master's Degree with equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated research prowess with a strong publication record in top conferences or journals.
- Proficiency in mainstream deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/Torch, TensorFlow, MxNet, Caffe, etc.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the deep learning field.
- Experience in image processing; OCR, NLP, and risk verification expertise is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, or other related languages.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time-management skills.
