As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing recovery feature and dock flash software tool based on the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:

Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems ,FW update, tool flash, dock flash

Prepare, review and evaluate software specifications for products and systems
Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies for complex software products and systems/for storage products and systems

8+ years of BIOS/Firmware programming or firmware update related experience
Familiar with code programming in C language
Some Windows API experience
Good analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills and understanding of hardware and software interactions.
Good English reading/speaking/communication skill and good interpersonal/communication skills to clearly communicate issues and status

Desirable Requirements

Windows API, Component Object Model (COM))or Linux related experience. GIT related experience
Innovative thinking and can do spirit. Automation related experience
With automation code design and the experience. Such as the Python, Perl, Win32,C++ Batch scripts.
Strong interests on low level chip firmware update and the continuous re-test manually for behavior confirmations.
Lite Embedded Controller communication and Networking protocol communication as well as USB , TBT related experience
