- Develop and maintain firmware for Bluetooth audio and embedded platforms
- Optimize system performance through testing, debugging, and tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide design recommendations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Support product lifecycle activities including OTA updates and post-launch improvements
- Document firmware architecture and provide technical support across teams
- Stay current with emerging technologies in embedded systems and wireless protocols
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Experience with Bluetooth profiles (e.g., A2DP, HFP, LE Audio), USB audio, I2S, and DSP
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as protocol analyzers and logic analyzers
- Solid understanding of hardware-software integration and performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Git, Jira, and agile development practices
- Bonus: Knowledge of industrial protocols or experience in manufacturing environments
