- Currently enrolling in a Bachelor's degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than one year
- Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
- Language skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong analytical skills - has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions.
- Ability to present information professionally and concisely with supporting data
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Generate reports using SQL and other programming techniques and deliver analytical reports with advanced Excel skills
- Develop a deep understanding of Amazon programs and work with the ESM team to drive feature adoption for the best customer experience
- Collaborate with the AM team to ensure the success of key projects/initiatives
- Study mass communication tools and platforms to optimize seller interaction experience
- Exhibit strong competencies in dive deep, invent and simplify, and learn and be curious
- Major in Finance, Economics, Information Management, Statistics, Business, or related fields
- Experience in E-Commerce, and/or Business Analytics
- Previous experience in Consultant and/or Account Management roles
- Understanding of mass communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools including but not limited to Line, FB, Salesforce, etc.
