- Collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurants to help them realize their full potential on the Uber Eats platform through product adoption, customer happiness, development of new sales opportunities, and retention
- Use dashboards to monitor business and operational impact, and use those insights to provide operational guidance, including live consulting to help streamline delivery operations
- Conduct a high volume of phone calls/ face-to-face meetings to restaurant partners with clear goals, talking points and strategies to get clients to provide valuable feedback
- Find opportunities and recognize additional revenue potential, including upsell and cross-sell of related products
- Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners
- Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap.
- Work closely with key cross-functional teams including Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to help define, develop and implement effective strategies that drive increased value for restaurant partners
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners
- Experienced in sales or account management with a strong track record
- Critical thinking and planning with key partners, to build sustainable competitive advantage in the market.
- High degree of comfort with change.

- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
