The Business Assistant will support the sales and business operations team in managing customer orders, maintaining communication with clients, and handling various business-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.【Key Responsibilities】
◆ Process and manage customer orders using the company's ERP system
◆ Maintain timely and professional communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general inquiries
◆ Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
◆ Assist in preparing business documents, reports, and correspondence
◆ Support other business-related administrative tasks as assigned by management【Qualifications】
◆ At least 1 year of experience in a sales assistant or similar administrative support role
◆ Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
◆ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
◆ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
