We are seeking a Contract Manager with specialist experience in transport and installation (T&I) contracts for wind turbine generators (WTG) and fixed offshore foundations, including pin piles and jackets. Based in Taipei, this role will oversee the commercial and contractual management of T&I packages from tender through to offshore execution. The position requires deep understanding of offshore construction logistics, complex marine operations, and the ability to deliver value through robust contract management.Key Responsibilities:Lead procurement and contract management activities for T&I packages covering WTG and fixed foundation components.Develop project-specific procurement strategies that address technical, commercial, and localisation requirements.Manage the tendering process, including preparation of documentation, clarifications, bid evaluation, and supplier recommendation.Negotiate contract terms with installation contractors, ensuring risk allocation and commercial positions are optimised.Administer contracts through mobilisation, offshore works, and demobilisation, including managing variations, performance indicators, and claims.Ensure compliance with project governance, HSE standards, and relevant marine regulations.Liaise closely with engineering, logistics, marine operations, and project controls teams to ensure seamless delivery.Maintain contract documentation, monitor performance, and report on progress and cost status.Support localisation and stakeholder engagement strategies in the APAC region.Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team where needed.Candidate Requirements:Degree in commercial management, engineering, quantity surveying, business, or legal disciplines, with at least 6 years’ experience in offshore construction contract roles.Extensive experience in T&I contracts for offshore wind WTGs and/or foundations (pin piles, jackets) or similar large-scale offshore infrastructure.Familiarity with FIDIC, BIMCO, and LOGIC contract forms.Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience in managing marine logistics, offshore operations, and high-value contracts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.Location:Taipei, Taiwan
