(Manage HR daily routine and employee relations (group insurance, healthy check-up..etc))2) Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.3) Support employee relations, training arrangements, and company events and employee engagement activities4) Support HR functions/projects.5) Support HR initiatives and other duties as directed by supervisor.General affairs:1) Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, document filing, contract management, and meeting support.2) Coordinate with vendors for office facilities, equipment maintenance, and repair needs.3) Assist in general affairs duties including office environment management, purchasing, and asset control.4) Company cars, mobile management and maintenance5) Arrange travelling affairs with travel agency (booking accommodation, visa, flights, transportation, working permit) 6) Other assigned by supervisorRequirements1) Bachelor’s degree required2) 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or administration functions; exposure to general affairs is a plus.3) Solid knowledge of labor law and HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, offboarding).4) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is an advantage.5) Good command of Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
