R2R control setup and configuration for new processes, equipment, and coverage requirements submitted through PCS request system as assigned. Review all GCPs with R2R selected and respond to R2R and RR requests involving R2R setup or changes affecting current R2R setup or new R2R setup. First response to R2R P1/P2 incidents and requests in F4 non-business hours. Monitor critical metrics and participate in tactical meetings to reduce errors and improve R2R coverage. Understand and follow R2R best known methods (BKM), business rules and standards, and change management procedures. Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field. Strong technical skills in operating and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment. Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present findings effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to strictly follow protocols and safety procedures. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Experience with process development in a high-tech environment. Familiarity with statistical process control and yield improvement techniques. Ability to determine root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
