Other than that, our team will be also highly involved in cross-lobs projects, helping the team to meet the common objectives. Our team helps the firm keeping the firm wide high standard of control environment and governance while fulfilling local ruling requirement along the way of growing our business.Job Responsibilities

Perform periodical statutory audit and generate report promptly as per local ruling requirement.
Plan and Post "audit plan", and update "audit execution result" for Government bond proprietary trading business & Bond agency business in TWSE website
Maintain, monitor, and track the responses to official letters related to local regulation and internal control in a timely manner
Work with Compliance/regulatory management team on regular regulatory examinations conducted by CBC/FSC/TSA and related action plans if any
Coordinate PwC/FISC on-site audit (Annually/Bi-annually)
Lead as project manager on the cross LOBs initiatives, location governance, and control risk related agenda
Coordinate location philanthropy opportunities and volunteer events

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3 + years in banking/securities industry or relevant experience in compliance/internal controls. CIB background is a plus
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Strong influencing skills to drive initiatives/projects across the various businesses, with CAN DO attitude
Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize and articulate results to a diverse audience
Multi-tasking is essential, and manages priorities effectively
Senior Securities Specialist, Bill Broker, Financial Ethics licenses are required
Fluent in English (both written and oral)
