- Developing trust relationships with key customers to ensure sustainable products selling.
- Expanding the relationships with responsible customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Ensure the proper products and services are delivered to customers on time.
- Serve as the bridge of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports of tasks progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Ability in problem-solving and contract negotiation is necessary.
- Proven experience as key account manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with talented in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Bachelor & Above Degree.
- 2+ years of experiences in Cosmetic/ Retail/ FMCG.
- Experience of CVS/ Supermarket management and contract negotiation skill is a plus.
- Sense of market trends, customer annual strategy and take-action quickly.
- Demonstrate excellent learning agilities and result oriented.
- Cross-functional communication skill.
