- Build and scale new merchandising programs from scratch-including process design, resource planning, dashboard creation, and performance tracking using key metrics.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate them effectively to stakeholders, including retail and marketing leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to localize and implement merchandising strategies tailored to the Taiwan market.
- 8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or merchandising execution
- Proven ability to set up and scale operational processes from zero
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel; ability to work with large datasets
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
- Leadership experience with a track record of developing junior team members
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Native Chinese required & fluent English
- Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
- Background in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing operations
