- Regional marketing of Automotive MCU and Vehicle Architecture in Taiwan. Own and drive business development & marketing plan to strengthen the leading position of NXP Automotive MCU and Vehicle Architecture in the industry.
- Responsible for growing NXP’s automotive presence with EMS companies
- Responsible for building and owning the automotive ecosystem in Taiwan including key SW and HW partners
- Responsible for program management and driving technical resources to enable proof of concepts identified with EMS
- Responsible to engage in joint customer identification with targeted EMS
- Aggressively engage with key customers (Car OEM, Tier1/2 and Eco-system Partners) and regional sales team to FIND and WIN new business opportunities, drive demand creation.
- Develop and execute related products and applications promotion strategy and Go-To-Market plan in Taiwan.
- Support Product Line/Headquarter for new product definition & proposal, feedback Taiwan market requirements.
- Work with Greater China regional sales team, CAS, and regional marketing for cohesive market strategy
- Provide product and solution training to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills, ability to organize information well and communicate with clarify and efficiency is preferred.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, curious, strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills are preferred.
