負責年度及專案預算規劃、編列與執行控管
定期追蹤預算使用狀況,分析差異並提出調整建議
協助制定招募相關費用標準與審核流程
確保各項費用支出符合內稽內控標準
招募專案成效分析
建立並優化招募專案成效評估指標
定期產出招募成效分析報告,提出優化建議
追蹤各項招募活動、專案投入所產出效益
招募管道管理與招募獎金制度優化
每月招募專案獎金計算、發放
通路新進離職人力報表維護及優化
定期檢視管道效益,提出調整建議
追蹤招募獎金制度執行成效,提出調整建議
提供前線招募獎金達成率溝通及激勵戰報
