A leader in global material sciences which designs, develops, manufactures, and qualifies copper-clad laminates and dielectric prepregs used to fabricate multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs).Responsibilities Cooperate with the global team to introduce new products, new processes, new equipment and new raw materials into mass production. Evaluate of process equipment or technical capabilities required for new products. Root cause analyze and to solve the quality issue by optimizing process parameters. Establish and maintain operating standards on both software & hardware for production process. Establish and maintain BOM, bill of materials. Review customer requirements and specifications to manage engineering and technical documents. Review and develop safety standards for chemical raw material storage and use, and develop of safety process. Coach and develop talents Other tasks as requested by Management.Experience BS or higher degree in an engineering discipline; Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, etc. Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership experience required. PCB, Laminate industry preferred. Professional English required.Education
