- Manage supplier invoices and journal entries efficiently.
- Oversee site cash management activities.
- Handle invoicing/reconciliations for inter-company/clients.
- Perform monthly bank and G/L account reconciliations.
- Coordinate invoice coding and payments.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, supporting Financial managers to ensure optimal Finance operations.
- Preferred experience within an international company.
- Demonstrated administrative & accounting experience.
- Proficient command of spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with local laws and experience with internal procedures of foreign companies.
- Knowledge of ERC accounting software such as SAP or Excel preferred.
- Service-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
