As an AMHS Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: Coordinate the daily operations of the AMHS to ensure flawless performance and efficiency. Implement and maintain strict operational protocols to improve system reliability. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to successfully implement process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and address system requirements and challenges. Monitor and analyze system performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in managing automated material handling systems, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. While not mandatory, the following qualifications will set you apart: Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience with AMHS software and control systems. Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
