• Define Taiwan Sales strategy to achieve P&L objectives
• Take full ownership Taiwan Sales, Service, HR and Admin function

• Find and equip the team with effective and efficient tools for them to perform their jobs to highest

• 15-20yrs+ Sales experience in the semiconductor materials/equipment industry is crucial. a substantial track record of success in various roles within the industry.
• Proven experience in leadership and management roles, must include P&L responsibility and admin.
• Must hold EXECUTIVE or SENIOR MANAGEMENT positions in areas Sales, Service, Admin
• Exceptional leadership skills are essential for this role. Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams, making strategic decisions, and achieving business goals is important.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
