As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights through automation and reporting. You will act as a key liaison between the supply chain operations team and business partners.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate actionable reports to support supplier performance and inventory health monitoring.
- Collaborate on multiple cross-functional initiatives, balancing technical execution with operational objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and partner with IT to implement effective solutions.
- Support root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement in supply and material availability processes.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (including macros and what-if analysis).
- Familiarity with SAP/EDI, especially in materials management and BOM structure.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems using diverse data sources and methodologies.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferred background in Supply Chain Operations, including supply/demand planning and material management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate business needs clearly.
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent accuracy, organizational skills, and a structured approach to data and process handling.
