Your role

Carry out the installation, commissioning, planned maintenance, trouble shooting and field support in tsmc.
Understand customers' requests and report to Field Service Team Leader.
Required to work both as part of a team and on your own, self motivated and self disciplined and a customer sensitive approach to work is required.

Respond to out of hours calls, to ensure that the response time of 2 hours is maintained.

To succeed, you will needSkills and experience

Experience in field service activities would be an advantage.
Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software. • Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics is plus

Key competence required for the role

A good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.
Inter-personal and communication skills are required in order to build sound relationships with customers.

Positive attitude to work under pressure
