- Monitor and analyze yield rates across different process segments within the factory.
- Identify areas for improvement in yield rates and develop action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with integration and TD teams to integrate improvement actions into existing processes.
- Implement process enhancements and modifications to improve overall yield and efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors impacting yield rates and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving equipment-related issues affecting yield.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, improvements, and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to equipment processes and yield optimization.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all process improvement activities.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Proven experience in equipment process engineering or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process control methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software applications used for yield monitoring and improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
- Prior experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
