- Providing excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality using Salesforce
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Converting leads into opportunities, particularly focusing on the international market.
- Providing dental expertise to help customers identify areas of concern and demonstrating how our solutions can help.
- Encouraging customers to share pictures of their teeth to better understand their needs and facilitate effective consultations.
- Successfully booking customers for appointments, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to service delivery.
- Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring high conversion rates from leads to clinic show-ups.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Experience in sales or lead conversion, particularly in an international market, is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental products or services is a bonus, with the ability to provide expertise and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer records and documentation via Salesforce
- Track record of meeting KPIs and achieving high conversion rates from leads to clinic appointments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues in these languages.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
