Support EngineeringGeneral Summary:Manage overall HW validation process in Test floor (Taiwan & Singapore) that includes but not limited to installation/deinstallation of equipment, budget management, maintenance program implementation, and new equipment buyoff and qualification. Ensure high availability (uptime) of different pieces of equipment as well as on time delivery. Carry out supervisory role to a group of technicians and planner to ensure labs are appropriately supported. Work closely with counterparts from other regions for alignment and implementation of common tools and procedures.Skills/ExperienceAt least 5 years experience as Support/Equipment Engineer or similar roleGood English communication skills in both written and oral.Hands-on experience in Automated Test Equipment, Load-board, probe-card and test Hardware etc.Able to read schematic diagrams, can identify various electronic components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, relays, etc.)Basic electronic troubleshooting/debugging skillsMicrosoft Office and presentation SkillsCan work both independently and as part of teamHave the “can do” attitude and willing to learn new skillsResponsibilitiesEquipment space allocation and managementNew hardware validation and buyoffDevelop/Review of equipment maintenance SOPBudget management and cost reduction initiativesEquipment spare parts sourcing, ordering, control and management24x7 technical supportAnalyze equipment/HW malfunctions and failures, monitor performance, and develop corrective actionsWork with counterparts from other sites to develop equipment specifications for next generation products.Drive improvement in the performance, productivity, and efficiency of equipment and monitor KPIsMinimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.

Associate's degree and 5+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
