to the jobThe intern will be trained how to handle the repeating tasks from team members and continue this tasks in regular basis. This means that intern will have chance to learn and expose different office applications (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint), chance to support regular meetings and other less complex but certain level of challenging tasks. Meanwhile, to support irregular or sudden requests is also in the scope.Role and responsibilities1. To support service quality engineering team members requests, including KPI summary, draft regular reports, summarize raw data into structural format for future analysis and other administration support2. Require to study the requests from managers / team members and execute in regular basis3. Maintain team SharePoint to keep the information up-to-date4. Play as supporter if any request from team members in order to off-load some loadingsEducation and experienceNot specific experiences / education level required. However, the job itself will require to learn lots of new things / skills (incl. Excel and PowerPoint) in short period of timeSkills1. Fluent English speaking / listening capability2. Familiarity of Excel and PowerBI are the plus (but not must)Other informationThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
