– Market watch: monitoring regulatory, contractual and competitive developments in the market– Propose regular summaries for the headquarter– Define and propose a CPPA marketing strategy to the Director for France– Implement the approved strategy– Manage the CPPA Project Managers– Ensure that the negotiations of the CPPA Project Managers are completed in compliance with the Group’s risk management and investment criteria– Represent the company internally and externally on CPPA-related issues, and ensure coordination with the Group and its subsidiaries.– Conduct commercial negotiations with customers– Prepare and present investment files to the Executive Committee for authorisation to sign contracts– Maintain a competitive and strategic watch on the c-PPA market: prospecting, publications, network, competition, market developments, etc.– Identify projects that are compatible with the c-PPA marketing strategy, and draw up the corresponding offers– Optimising the value creation of projects and carrying out their financial modelling (preparing and monitoring project business plans).– In conjunction with Sales Department, prospecting for new customers: direct contracting and calls for tender– Analysing industrial and contractual risks in order to secure offers and their application– Carry out commercial negotiations with customers, once the offer has been validated, with the possible support of internal or external resources (legal, O&M, development, finance, etc.) until the c-PPAs are signed– Prepare and present the investment files to the Commitment Committee for signature of the c-PPAs
