  • 工作內容： Responsibilities
-Lead and manage a team of credit collection, responsible for the overall performance and risk management of the consumer banking portfolio
-Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize the credit portfolio, including risk mitigation, portfolio diversification, and profitability enhancement
-Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the consumer banking portfolio
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, operations, and compliance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of credit strategies
-Oversee the implementation and management of collection-related systems and processes to enhance recovery efforts and improve customer experience
-Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
-Participate in project management initiatives to drive process improvements and operational efficienciesRequirements-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in credit collection management, with a proven track record of success in the consumer banking industry
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
-Proficient in the use of credit portfolio management tools and systems, including collection-related systems
-Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of credit portfolio managers, with a focus on performance optimization and talent development
-Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies * 薪資待遇： 薪資面議(經常性薪資達4萬元含以上)
